Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as all items are made-to-order.

We accept payments through secure gateways including Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Payments must be completed in full before order processing.

Refunds for failed transactions will be initiated automatically and credited to the original source within 5–7 working days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 5-7 days and delivered within 5-7 working days depending on location.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Delays due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated where possible.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

Items can be returned only if damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must comply with our Return & Replacement Policy.

No monetary refunds are provided as all products are customized and made-to-order.

Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
