Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5–7 working days of confirmation. Once processed, they are handed over to our logistics partners for delivery, which may take an additional 5–7 working days depending on your location.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery is handled by reputed courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Trakon, etc. A tracking slip will be sent to you via WhatsApp/Email once the order is dispatched, and the same will be updated in your order details.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before final payment.

Damaged Packages

In case of a damaged package, a 360-degree unboxing video is required for a claim. This must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery along with proof of damage. Please retain the original packaging and mention ‘Received Damaged’ on the courier receipt at the time of delivery.
