Keep the tags and packaging intact
- Item Condition
- All items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition with tags intact.
- We will not accept items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered and such items will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.
- Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns or replacements.
- No Refund Policy
- Since all our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not offer monetary refunds.
- Replacements will only be provided if the item is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- Replacement Procedure
To initiate a replacement request:
- WhatsApp us your order details along with a clear video of the product unboxing and showing the defect/damage.
- Our team will review the request and approve it if it meets our policy criteria.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged in select locations within 3-5 business days. If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may self-ship the product within 7 days of approval.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship a replacement of the same product within 10-12 days.
- Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
- In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (tags, invoice, labels) and mention “Received Damaged” on the courier receipt while accepting delivery.
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images (3–5) highlighting the defect/damage.
- Images must clearly show the damaged part, original tags, and invoice.
- Any complaint raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
- Important Points
- Replacement will be processed only if the product passes our quality inspection.
- Products failing quality check will be sent back to the customer after paying return shipping charges.
- No exchanges or product changes are allowed for customized orders.
